All4C is the company of independent contractor Richard Slootweg. Over 30 years of experience in commanding all kind of vessels resulted in the flexibility to man any ship where an experienced master is needed. More than a decade Richard had the command over “Stad Amsterdam”, the tallest sailing vessel of the Netherlands. On board this unique passenger vessel, management, hospitality and nautical aspects came together and required the skills that might also be needed by you or your organisation.
